Founder
Tammy Davis-Robinson is an Educator & Entrepreneur who spent 28 years working in several schools across districts in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area and served in roles such as Special Education Teacher, SPED Compliance Monitor, Consultant Teacher and Reading Specialist. Most of her teaching career was spent working in the St. Louis Public Schools, followed by several years of service in the Ferguson Florissant School District and St. Louis County Special School District.
Tammy is a proud HBCU graduate of Lincoln University, Jefferson City, Missouri and earned her Cosmetology license from Academy of Beauty, and a Masters Degree in Special Education from Fontbonne University a few years later.
In addition to teaching, Tammy spent 15 consecutive years working as a cosmetologist in St. Louis County area salons such as Exotic Trendz, Whitney & Alvin J's, and VIP Hair Salon. Tammy readily admits that although she has the skillsets of a hairdresser, she also only desired to complete cosmetology school to learn the business side.
Tammy has always been a visionary and passionate about many things, including supporting business owners and teaching youth about entrepreneurship, as an alternative to going the traditional college route. Her main goal working with special needs students was to bridge the gap between education and entrepreneurship which led to founding Teachers & Entrepreneurs Activate Change 501c3 and TEACH-Her/TEACH-Him LLC. The program is designed to help middle and high school aged youth discover their God given talents, skills and gifts. She is also the owner of Synergy Shoptique LLC retail boutique in West County Mall, Des Peres, MO, in which contributes towards several community and charitable efforts for women and kids.
PUT ME IN THE GAME "Unfinished Business" Co-Ed Entrepreneur Event was curated as a fundraiser for the T.E.A.CH. programs in order to raise program awareness. The event consists of several Solutions-Based Workshops, Networking, and Q & A Panel Discussions led by philanthropic and successful business owners, and designed to aid a variety of entrepreneurs with business direction, marketing strategies, certifications, HR operational efficiency, and funding opportunities.
Tammy Davis-Robinson has received personal accolades such as Delux Magazine Women Who Inspire, Iota Phi Lambda Business Month Awardee, Side Hustle Honors Awardee and her TEACH-Her Girl Boss program has been spotlighted and featured on the Ferguson Florissant School District website and on Youtube. DORLITA ADAMS
Passion 4 Pink Change, CEO
Dorlita Adams is a native of St. Louis and one of the CEO's of the Passion 4 Pink Change non-for profit organization. This west side native earned an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and Behavior Disorders from Harris-Stowe State University. Eventually, Dorlita earned a M.A. in Education Administration from UMSL and completed her Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership at Missouri Baptist University. Adams has been employed in the Ritenour School District for the past fifteen years and is currently the Director of Alternative Education. Prior to this position, Dorlita was the Principal of Kratz Elementary and has in several other roles within the school. She has also worked in the St. Louis Public Schools and Ferguson-Florissant School District in similar roles. Dorlita takes pride in being active within the community and loves being able to provide positive support to children and their families which makes her the perfect TEACH-Her.

Honey B’s All Natural Hair and Skin Care was founded June 20, 2014, by Berakiah L. Boone, the current owner and creator of the all in one, mega product, Honey B’s 100% All Natural Mega Moisture Silk for Hair, Skin and Scalp. As a graduate of Spelman College and the University of Missouri St. Louis, she is well equipped to take on the duties of CEO and Founder. She is a former educator in the field of music and has always beamed with creativity. She took her love for helping others and creative spirit and combined them to start on her journey of serial entrepreneurship. Her mission is to provide young girls, especially those of color, with the knowledge and information that will help them to make informed decisions and take a positive stance, surrounding self-awareness and creating high self-esteem. She is a proud mom to one 11 year old prince, lover of the arts, social justice advocate and voice for access to quality education, for all. Berakiah L. Boone, also known as Honey B, is the creator and founder of 2 businesses in which she created from inception and still heads them personally, present day.

Kendrea Holliday joined the TEACH-Her team with the vision and drive to improve our youth self esteem by enhancing their perspective of beauty and grooming thru hair and skin care. She is focused on developing and expanding her brand with experience and integrity by mentoring our youth. Kendrea has been a licensed Cosmetologist with over 20 years experience and is grateful to be able to do what she loves every day.
DELETRA HUDSON
Deletra Hudson, LLC/ President
St. Louis native, Deletra Hudson, MBA, is a woman on a mission to help people with financial literacy and has partnered as a member of our TEACH-Her facilitator team. Deletra Hudson, MBA, also known as “The Financial Educator” is the owner of Deletra Hudson, LLC, a financial coaching and consulting firm in St. Louis, Missouri. Deletra is also an author and speaker who possesses over 25 years of financial experience. Her years of experience includes working with corporations, municipalities, non-profit agencies, small businesses, churches and professionals. Deletra is the founder of the Financial Wellness Institute of America, an online financial academy created to help increase financial knowledge for small business owners, professionals and youth through seminars, courses, books, educational systems, and workshops. Deletra is most passionate about her work as a youth financial literacy advocate. She is on a mission to fill the financial education gap left by our nation’s education system. In 2016, she published her debut children’s book, Money Doesn’t Grow on Trees. In 2018, she published her second children’s book, AJ Discovers the $2 Bill, under her new publishing company, Money Matter$ Publishing and became a best-selling author for her adult inspirational empowerment book collaboration #BossMoms.
Deletra Hudson believes educating youth, empowers families, and transform communities. She is on a mission to transform communities around the world by making women more money wise through her Money Wise Women Wealth Club.
She is also a wife and a mother of three children, whom she affectionately refers to as her “Legacy Keepers”.

Neci Green is a determined screenwriter. A native of Chicago who is now building her writing creds in the great Gateway to the West city of St. Louis. Even though she fell in love with poetry at the age of 11 it was screenwriting that won her heart in her teen years. Under the guidance of many great teachers at Webster University, Neci honed and developed her skills as a screenwriter in her studies there. Neci has also developed into an entrepreneur to watch. Partnering with Christina Kelly, they are launching The Platform STL. With her keen determination, Neci will create original concepts and business ventures to entertain and enlighten the masses.

Stepping out on faith is what Courtney Jay is all about. She has modeled for 14 years with various charitable organization and businesses across the Saint Louis region. Courtney had the opportunity to walk in numerous Fashion Weeks including New York’s independent designers fashion edition. Acting is also one of her passions and she was able to represent herself as an agent for tv shows Empire and Greenleaf. Courtney works full time as a civilian solider assisting our Nations veterans in obtaining their personal records information. She is a woman of many hats: entrepreneur, project manager, runway model, model coach, actress, writer, daughter, and friend. Courtney believes that beauty is in the eye of the beholder! This is where expression and creativity meet and form a bond so strong it gives off luminous light, in return, catching the eye. One can describe Courtney Jay as bold, Black, beautiful, youthful, educated, exceptional, artistic, unique, and a talented TEACH-Her!
CHRISTINA KELLY
The Platform STL
Christina Kelly, also known as Mz. Chris, is Founder and CEO of The Platform STL and an experienced runway, print and promotional model. Kelly was born and raised in St. Louis and has participated in numerous fashion shows such as New York Fashion Week, Renaissance of Runway, Running with Gatsby, Beauty Meets Fashion, The Woke Brand, The Maximum Exposure Fashion Series, Afropunk STL and many more. Christina continues to expand her knowledge in the fashion world by stepping off the runway and directing/managing photo shoots, coordinating fashion shows and creating the fashion platform website The Platform STL. Christina is also an actress, who started her acting career by appearing as a movie extra in St. Louis based films. Going even further to acquiring a lead character role in a film series and leading to another epic film lead character role as Victoria in “I Am Unique”. Christina is bringing her talent to the youth in our TEACH-Her program and there is no doubt the students will walk away with a desire to pursue dreams of being a part of the world of entertainment.

Tracee, The Fitness Boss, has always loved fitness and health and to follow this passion she became a Zumba instructor in 2010. She’s completely dedicated to self love, self care, and personal growth and development for both herself while sharing it with others!

Tammy (Brown) Lewis, hails from the mighty “ Show Me State” of St. Louis, MO! This married, mother of two beautiful girls, visions herself as a “Servant Leader” to her community and any work capacity that she has been in. Tammy started her career as a Health Educator, carrying on various roles in the community sector, research and development, as well as the corporate setting, in pharmaceuticals. Her pharmaceutical roles have varied from Sales Representative, Regional Field Trainer and District Business Manager. She has a total of twelve (12) years experience in pharmaceuticals from Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Novo Nordisk combined.
In the most recent years, Tammy took a 360 career change from corporate America and jumped into the world of entrepreneurship as a Regional Vice President, in Primerica. A life change of being diagnosed with breast cancer, has led her to help women find their “Inner Pearl” and founded the Pink Pearl Hero Non Profit that focuses on Self Awarene$$, Self Love, and Self Care.
Combining both career and community, her focus is to help people “ make money and save money” by becoming their own boss and put a financial game plan in place to help people succeed at the money game.
With a continuous focus on community service, she is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Girl Scouts of America

Alisha joined TEACH-Her as a facilitator with the vision and drive to tap into the creative side of the youth. She is the owner of Alisha's Pieces and Sip n Sew STL, LLC. Alisha specializes in creating custom clothing and hosts sip n sew parties to teach individual and groups how to sew.
SHERRI NICHOLSON
Always Love Yoga Studio, OWNER
Sherri Nicholson is a St. Louis native and an experienced 200 hours plus certified yoga instructor. She spent over 15 years as a social worker servicing at risk youth within various communities in St Louis City and County. Sherri began her yoga journey in 2008 while experimenting with self-care activities to help youth with eliminating stress. She began practicing Hot Yoga to learn more about finding ways to make yoga more accessible to children and families. Since completed the 200hr-YTT with Yoga Buzz Hip Hop Yoga in 2017 and currently own and operate Always Love Yoga Studio where she teaches kids, adults, and those with special needs. Nicholson travels to public, private and parochial school settings, grades ranging from 5th-12th, to teach yoga classes and provide professional developments during the school year. Sherri enjoys teaching various levels in Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, and Deep Stretch with emphasis on mindfulness, safe-care and self-love. Sherri looks forward to sharing yoga to the girls in TEACH-Her summer and will emphasize the value of self care.

Michelle was inspired to incorporate her research, experience, and love for servicing others in providing healthier manicures through the creation of a her personal nail polish brand. Quick witted, highly intelligent and fun are just a few of the ways to describe our youngest TEACH-Her facilitator! Samiyah Womack has been acting since 18 months and interviewed on numerous shows. She is known for Cronies (2015) and Bixler High Private Eye(2019) and is a member of Alisha Sunshine’s African dance team, she practices archery, and was recently inducted into the National Honor Society. Samiyah is an invaluable member of our team because she can relate to the students on a more personal level and she has already tapped into her true gifts!
